We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Faulty Goods

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods:

5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of motor trade goods, we cannot accept returns on:

Electrical components once fitted (e.g., electric water pumps)
