Konnekt Retail Ltd supplies aftermarket and OEM vehicle parts based on:

  • Information provided by customers

  • Vehicle registration lookup tools

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy:

  • Vehicle registration checks are provided for guidance only.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.

  • Customers must check part numbers, VIN numbers, engine codes, and technical specifications where applicable.

We shall not be liable for incorrect parts ordered where the customer has failed to verify compatibility.

2. Professional Installation Requirement

Certain products sold by Konnekt Retail Ltd, including but not limited to:

  • Electrical components

  • Engine management parts

  • Safety-critical components (e.g., braking systems, suspension parts)

  • ECU units and sensors

Must be fitted by a qualified motor trade professional.

We are not liable for:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation

  • Labour costs

  • Diagnostic charges

  • Recovery or towing costs

  • Loss of earnings

Proof of professional installation may be required for warranty claims.

3. Trade Customer Disclaimer

Where goods are purchased by:

  • Garages

  • Workshops

  • Resellers

The following applies:

4. Electrical & Special Order Parts

Due to the nature of motor trade goods:

  • Electrical components are non-returnable once fitted or attempted to be fitted.

  • Special order or non-stock items are non-cancellable and non-returnable unless faulty.

All returns must comply with our Returns Policy.

5. Warranty Disclaimer
